Schrader Introduces New TPMS Learn and Test Tool

Schrader-Bridgeport International, Inc. announces the addition of a new AirAware™ Learn and Test Tool Kit that includes an OBD adapter designed for Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems.   (Altavista, VA., October 31, 2008) Schrader-Bridgeport International, Inc. announces the addition of a new AirAware™ Learn and Test Tool Kit that includes an OBD adapter designed for Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems. The new Learn and Test Tool Kit includes a Learn and Test Tool (21220) and OBD Connector Assembly (21225), which captures TPMS sensor ID's, and programs them directly to the vehicle. The kit works as both a scan tool and a TPMS tool, and eliminates the need for separate OE or aftermarket scan tools for these vehicles. The new kit is currently compatible with Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia models, with plans to add Acura, Lexus, Infiniti, Honda, Subaru and Mitsubishi compatibility in the near future. The software is easily updated by download from an MSD card, eliminating the need to connect to a computer to update. The kit includes a rechargeable battery and charger, and comes in a convenient hard plastic storage case. The model 21225 OBD Connector is available separately for customers who already own the 21220 Learn and Test Tool.   The complete line of Schrader AirAware products includes TPMS systems, components and tools that meet OE quality and performance specifications.
